Comerit partnered with a leading global client to successfully deliver a complex SAP S/4 program, with a Program Delivery Lead responsible for the successful strategy/blueprint, design, test, deployment,and hyper care for IT deliverables on a global S4 cloud-based (AWS), singleinstance program (version 2018 with 2020 upgrade).
Comerit’s Team provided management support overten program workstreams, including Infrastructure (application and enterprise),Basis, Development, Security, Enterprise Integration, Future Operating Model,Data Migration, Reporting and Analytics, and Cutover. Our management breadth extended todirectional influence over 150 team members both from the client and vendors,including joint venture integration with European and Asian partners.
Working closely with the business executiveleadership, Comerit ensured that processes were supported with efficient andcost-effective technical solutions. We also successfully upgraded plants (16)to support the new S4 platform, including enhanced network and wifi coverage,new hardware, and enterprise security authorizations points.
Comerit was responsible for the staffing modelfor all technical resources, ensuring that the right skills and expertise wereavailable at the right time to deliver the program successfully.
